About Us

Welcome to World Language Online Academy, where we connect families with independent educators for K-12 homeschooling and public school students.

Our foreign language courses contains ASL, Arabic, Armenian, English, French, German, Hebrew, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Latin, Mandarin, Portugese, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, and Ukranian Spanish, Tagalog, and Ukrainian. We believe that learning a second language early on can improve a child's overall academic success.

The independent educators on our platform have extensive experience teaching in schools, colleges, and private learning settings. We help families match with educators based on each student's unique needs and learning style. Lessons are provided directly by independent educators who manage their own instruction and services. Our founder, Arlin Baymus, has been teaching German for more than ten years. She is a native German speaker with a bachelor's degree in social work. After nine years of homeschooling her own children, she began teaching German to students aged three to eighty.

As demand for additional languages increased, Arlin expanded her team to include expert tutors in a wide range of languages and subjects. At World Language Online Academy, we are dedicated to assisting each student in reaching their full potential. With hard work, dedication, and a growth mindset, any child can achieve academic success.
